Join Shinkei as a Program Manager, Revenue & Commercialization

  • Why This Role Matters:

As we deepen our customer relationships in retail and distribution, the Program Manager will ensure our products make it to market, aligning the entire team to do so efficiently and at scale. You’ll shape what we launch and how we operate as we grow. As this role evolves, expect to expand beyond commercialization to support revenue initiatives across the organization.

What You Get To Do:

  • Build the product operations function: Design, implement, train, and enforce the processes and tools that will support a scalable commercialization framework
  • Manage complex cross-functional projects: Coordinate between sales, engineering, procurement, operations, marketing, and finance to standardize workflows, remove bottlenecks, and create repeatable processes for go-to-market deal execution
  • Own end-to-end execution of revenue-critical initiatives: Serve as the point of contact for complex product, sales, and operations projects, leading execution and ensuring alignment with revenue goals, timelines, and budget requirements, and success metrics
  • Document, standardize, and inform: Establish documentation standards and repeatable processes that ensure all stakeholders are informed on progress toward milestones
  • Improve existing processes: Analyze existing workflows and triage bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and pain points. Create durable systems to improve visibility across the organization and to leadership.
  • Priority #1 is launching our fish at nationwide retailers

What You Will Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, program management, commercialization, sales operations, or other equivalent cross-functional role in a high-growth environment
  • Proven experience launching physical products; plus if in food, beverage, or other regulated industry
  • Demonstrated success building scalable processes from scratch
  • Experience influencing large, disparate teams without direct authority
  • Strong operational judgment and systems thinking Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, etc.)

Other Things to Know:

  • You will be the first program manager - with full ownership over building and executing a scalable program
  • You are not responsible for initial contact with sales relationships - your work begins after the customer is already engaged
  • You will have high visibility to executive leadership and will make a direct impact on revenue
