Join Shinkei as a Electrical Engineer

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and integrate electrical power systems and electrical wiring & interconnection systems (EWIS), including high-power distribution, motor drives, hydraulics, energy storage, and production-ready harness architectures
- Develop and release system schematics, block diagrams, interconnects, and wire diagrams, supporting full lifecycle from concept, production, and sustainment.
- Lead harness design, component selection, and integration, including connectors, backshells, shielding, grounding, and sealing for harsh marine environments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, software, manufacturing, and compliance teams to optimize SWaP, reliability, EMI/EMC, and environmental robustness
- Support design reviews, first article builds, supplier engagement, and test/qualification activities, ensuring performance and compliance with applicable standards
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-program environment, supporting new development, production, and fielded hardware
What You’ll Need
- Engineering Bachelor’s degree (EE,ME,CE)
- 1-3 years experience in a hands on electrical engineering role
- Exposure to mechatronics and electromechanical systems
